Dental Care For The Masses!

Oral health care in Canada is privatized, with many of us forced to chose between paying for food and shelter, and paying for the basics of dental care.

  • 59% of low-income adults have no dental coverage
  • 83% of uninsured people don’t have dental check-ups
  • 24% of low-income children have never been to a dentist
  • 5.4% of Canadians have visited an E.R. for non-traumatic dental emergencies

Our vision is to build and work through community partnerships to promote accessible dental care by:

  • Providing leadership in advocacy, education, and public policy development;
  • Promoting community-based prevention strategies;
  • Improving access to and the quality of oral health services; and
  • Encouraging the integration of oral health and total health.
Please help us realize our goals; volunteer, donate, cheer us on!
